DEMO BEACH RULES:  Caution!  Early season demos are often subject to very cold water and windy conditions.  Accordingly, all participants must be 13 years of age or older and 90 lbs. or more.  Please, no dogs allowed on the beach (per city ordinance).

Check in at the Midwest Mountaineering tent.  All participants must sign the waiver and obtain a wrist strap.  Boat vendors will require seeing your wrist strap before allowing you to paddle demo boats.

Check in with the manufacturer before using any boats or equipment.  Be sure you understand how the equipment works before launching (rudders, foot pedals, adjustable seats etc).  Stay close to shore and within the safety boater perimeter.  Adhere to all safety boater instructions at all times.

Expect to get your feet wet.  Bring extra warm clothes.  Paddles and PFDs will be available.

Please join us – it will be a lot of fun!
